Unfortunately there was only one chef and two waitresses for a full restaurant, and consequently there were some cleanliness issues ie tables not cleaned in a timely manner. I have to say that despite being short staffed the service was friendly and professional and the food was hot, delicious, and came out quickly. Today I give 3 stars, but with more staff the diner could easily be rated higher. (PS please mark this review as helpful, if you think it has been! Staff were just average, not great, not horrible. I'm really disappointed with my experience and hopefully it was just a bad night in the kitchen...

- Fei Hung Added September 30, 2018★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Looked like a cool interesting place with a modern menu... should have kept walking. Had two different noodle dishes and the steamed Shanghai dumplings. Noodles were both horrible. Oily and lacking any noodles. The noodles were all small bits and the chicken was dry. The dumplings were ok.
